New Chairman of Controller General of Communications Accounts

• _{Ms. Vandana Gupta was appointed as the Controller General of Communications Accounts in New Delhi on September 22, 2025.}
• She assumed the charge after promotion to the apex grade.

• She is a 1990 batch officer of the Indian Postal and Telecommunications Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS).
• Earlier, she held important positions in Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, and Gujarat Circles.
• She also served at the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Headquarters and the Department of Posts.

• On central deputation, she served as the Principal Director of GASAB in the CAG's office in Delhi.
