India Mobile Congress 2025

• On October 8, the 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi.
• The event is being jointly organized by the Department of Telecommunications and the Cellular Operators Association of India under the theme "Innovate to Transform."

• IMC 2025 is billed as Asia's largest telecom, media, and technology event focused on innovation and digital transformation.
• The four-day event will highlight key topics such as optical communications, quantum communications, semiconductors in telecommunications, 6G, and fraud risk indicators.
