New CEO of Ugro Capital Limited

  • Anuj Pandey has been appointed as the new CEO of non-banking finance company (NBFC) Ugro Capital Ltd.
  • His tenure will begin from July 1, 2025. He has been associated with Ugro since its inception.


  • In his previous role as chief risk officer, he played a key role in building the company's credit and risk management framework.
  • Ugro Capital recently crossed ₹12,000 crore in assets under management.
  • It recently completed the acquisition of Profectus Capital.
