Explanations:
The force imposed due to rotational speed of earth is termed as coriolis force, in effect of this the wind deflects rightward in northern hemisphere and deflects leftward in southern hemisphere. The coriolis force acts perpendicular to pressure gradient while pressure gradient force is at perpendicular in reference to isobars. And this pressure gradient is directly proportional to speed of wind. The wind circulation around a high is called anti cyclonic circulation.
