Sahitya Akademi Award,2025

• On June 18, 2025, the Sahitya Akademi will announce the winners of its Yuva Puraskar and Bal Sahitya Puraskar.
• A total of 23 young writers were selected for the Yuva Puraskar this year.

• These awards cover various Indian languages.
• No Yuva Puraskar was awarded in Dogri for 2025.
• Advaita Kottari won the Yuva Puraskar in the English language category.
• Parvati Tirkey got the award in the Hindi category. Latashmihar was honoured in the Tamil category.

• Prasad Suri was selected for the Telugu language. Other winners include Suprakash Bhuyan for Assamese.
